Program

Dealing and Embracing Change. Strive and Thrive in the Ever Changing Environment.

Change is the only thing that can’t be changed! Yet most of us naturally push against it. People resist change mainly due to the fear of unknow that caused by the prospect of change. This highly experiential and practical program is designed into two main components: Strive & Thrive.

In the STRIVE component, we adopted the key learning from ‘Who Move My Cheese” by Spenser Johnson to teach the participants how to accept change and gain a positive perspective on the experience of change. How to effectively deal with changes that have taken place and changes that may be on the way.

The second component THRIVE, we will share the concept of 7-habits that will help the participants to lead a truly effective life. This will create a lasting impact thrive in this ever-changing world that we are living.

Our program will serve as a catalyst in moving your leaders out of resistance and into the striving and thriving phases of change transition.
